Dwayn learned this trade by repairing other people's mistakes. So before a new floor goes down, we open it up and check the structure. Here a floor was taken down to the framing, then rebuilt with new joists and insulation before any finishes went in.

Hi, I'm Dwayn Freier.
When my wife, our baby boy and I first moved to East Cobb, we were starting over. All we knew for sure was that we loved the area and wanted to raise our family here.
As the provider for my family, I needed to build a good living. Solving problems and fixing things around the house always came naturally to me, so I started out as a handyman. Over the years I honed my craft and deepened my knowledge of how houses are built, and eventually became an expert in home renovation.
I learned this trade by repairing what others had done wrong. That gave me a set of skills most renovation contractors don't have. Because we understand how a house is put together, and where the usual weak points are hidden, we avoid the common mistakes that show up years later in other people's work.
In my former profession as a chef, I had a high sense of customer service and customer satisfaction. I bring this mentality to every job I take on.
I understand how the environment we live in affects our view of the world. I've seen it in my children and I've seen it in my clients. I feel deeply honored to be a part of so many lives and impacting them in such a profound and positive way.

Is the consultation really free?
Yes. We come out to your home, look at the space, talk through your ideas and budget, and follow up with a plan and written estimate. There's no obligation.

Kitchens, bathrooms, basements, decks and porches, pavilions and outdoor fireplaces, exteriors and additions, and whole-home renovations. We also handle the structural repairs that often turn up once walls and floors are opened.
Do you handle permits?
Yes. Planning and permits are part of what we manage, along with construction and the finishing touches.
